We collect: (a) Account information — your name and email address when you register. (b) Organisation data — the name, industry, value proposition, and target markets you enter during onboarding. (c) Usage data — which features you use and how often, to enforce plan limits and improve the product. (d) Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
We use your information to: provide and personalise the BizDev platform, enforce subscription plan limits, send transactional emails (password reset, billing receipts), improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.
Prompts sent to our AI system include your organisation profile to produce relevant output. These prompts are processed by Anthropic's API in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (EU/US regions). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.2+.
We share data only with: Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not display advertising.
We retain your account and organisation data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Deleted accounts have their personal data removed within 30 days.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, receive your data in a portable format. Contact us at privacy@aurummagnaglobal.com to exercise these rights.
We use a single session cookie (next-auth.session-token) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
BizDev is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. We will notify registered users by email of material changes.
